Hope is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS). The ELS is in altar and pulpit fellowship with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). Hope enjoys frequent interaction with two WELS sister congregations in the area, Prince of Peace and Light of the Valley.
